Pn10 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document outlines the rules, rights, and responsibilities governing your use of the pn10 platform. Please read these terms in full before registering or using any of our services.
Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the pn10 platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you hereby agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and pn10 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published will be deemed as acceptance of those changes.
The pn10 platform is strictly for users aged 18 years and above. Any registration or use by individuals below the specified age is strictly prohibited, and such accounts will be closed immediately upon detection.
Account Creation & Security
Registration & Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the pn10 platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual — whether using a different name, email address, phone number, or identity — is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, active phone number, and valid email address. pn10 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time, particularly during the withdrawal process.
Password & Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. All activity that occurs through your account — including any losses incurred — is your own responsibility. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the pn10 support team immediately via live chat or support email.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a pn10 platform user, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using software, scripts, bots, or any automated method to access or interact with the platform without prior written consent from pn10.
- Attempting to influence game outcomes through unauthorized means, including hacking, exploiting system vulnerabilities, or colluding unfairly with other users.
- Using funds from illegal sources or engaging in any form of money laundering through this platform.
- Abusing promotions, bonuses, or special offers in ways that violate the terms and conditions specified for each campaign.
- Spreading false information, harassing other users, or engaging in any conduct that may damage pn10's reputation or disrupt its operations.
Pn10 reserves the right to take appropriate action against any of the above violations, including account suspension, forfeiture of credit balances, and legal action where applicable.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the pn10 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include TNG eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other approved online bank transfers. The list of available payment methods is subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Deposit Conditions
You may only deposit funds from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Using third-party accounts to make deposits is strictly prohibited and may result in your account being suspended immediately pending investigation.
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals are processed to the bank account registered at the time of account opening. Processing times range from 1 to 3 business days depending on your banking institution. pn10 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving withdrawals of certain amounts to ensure the security of your account.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Pn10 is not liable for any financial losses, data loss, service interruptions, or indirect damages incurred by users as a result of using this platform. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, with no ongoing guarantees regarding the availability or accuracy of the information displayed.
Intellectual Property
All content on the pn10 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of pn10 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Any reproduction, modification, or reuse of content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Links
Where the pn10 platform contains links or integrations to third-party websites or services, we are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or security practices. You are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of any third party separately before engaging with their services.
Account Policy, Term Amendments & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Pn10 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraud, illegal activity, or any conduct that is harmful to other users or the platform's operations. Credit balances in accounts closed due to violations may not be refunded, subject to the outcome of the investigation conducted.
Amendment of Terms
Pn10 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version of the terms. The date of the most recent update will always be displayed at the top of this page.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
